Initial Consultation

Site Inspection

Inspecting your block of land is a crucial step, as it gives us an insight into any challenges we may face when building your new home. It enables us to see how we can best optimise the land and how we can set about constructing your home in a way that provides the most favourable views, while ensuring adequate protection from the stifling Queensland heat. Whether it’s a waterfront site, sloping block, narrow plot or subdivided lot, our team will develop an outstanding home design for you.

Concept

The concept phase is typically viewed as one of the most enjoyable stages of the entire process as it allows clients to see their ideas really begin to materialise and take shape. Paperwork

Handover

The big day you have been waiting for has now finally arrived. On the day of the handover, you are invited to our head office to meet with our entire staff. You will be presented with the keys to your new home, along with all official documents including the home owner’s manual, guarantee letter, floor plans, 12 month maintenance package and structural warranty.
