Help forge the ultimate home design – with an ordinary project builder, your choice of home design configurations is typically very limited and the list of optional extras is equally uninspiring. With a custom home design however, you have complete control over every element that makes up your wonderful new residence, including its architectural style (Georgian, Edwardian, Victoria, Art Deco, Contemporary – to list a few), the floor plan, the indoor and outdoor colour scheme (with the aid of our in-house interior design service, which is included as standard), the lighting, amenities and everything in between.

During this time, you receive regular updates on the progress of your home build.
