Initial Consultation

Site Inspection

Concept Design

The concept design phase is always a favourite amongst our clients, as it’s during this time that they are able to see their home design come to life, thanks to the help of state of the art 3D design software. You’ll be shown a 3D elevation that provides you with a virtual tour of your new home. It is at this time that the estimated cost of your home will also be calculated and presented to you.

Paperwork

We handle all of the project related paperwork for you, such as the contract drawings and package. The drawings are delivered to an engineer and we set about obtaining all required council approval documents and licences for your new custom Brisbane home. We’ll organise to meet with you to hand you the contract package and clarify all paperwork, including the final cost. Once you’re satisfied with everything, you’ll be asked to sign off on the contract.

Home and Interior Design

Handover

The handover meeting occurs onsite at your brand new residence, where you’ll receive all documentation pertaining to your wonderful new home, including 25 year structural guarantee, manual and 12 month maintenance package. During this 12 month period, simply notify us of any faults you encounter and we’ll resolve them for you, free of charge. It’s also at the handover meeting that you of course receive the keys to your wonderful new luxury Brisbane custom home.
